The SPORT STEP MID FIT is a mid-cut safety boot built for anyone working on construction sites, in trades or industrial environments who wants reliable protection without giving up a sporty, comfortable fit. Instead of traditional lacing, the FIT SYSTEM 711 twist-lock closure lets you adjust the fit in seconds and keeps the boot secure even when it is put on and taken off frequently throughout the working day.
The hard-wearing full-grain leather in black stands up to daily wear on site while staying comfortable to wear. The PU/TPU outsole is durable, non-marking and works together with the SRC slip resistance rating to provide secure footing on different surfaces. The well-padded shaft and ergonomically shaped insole keep comfort levels high over long shifts, while the heel lining makes the boot easy to put on and take off, and the heel reinforcement in sturdy microfibre adds extra support where it matters.
As an S3-rated safety boot, the SPORT STEP MID FIT protects against mechanical hazards typical of demanding work environments. The fiberglass toe cap guards against impact and compression while staying metal-free and lighter than a traditional steel cap. The textile penetration-resistant midsole stops sharp objects from piercing the sole from below, also without any metal content. ESD capability makes the boot suitable for workplaces where static discharge needs to be controlled, and testing according to DGUV Regel 112-191 confirms its suitability as consistently conductive footwear. An all-round reflective strip adds extra visibility in low-light conditions.
