The RT32 is a fully lined hi-vis pilot jacket built for anyone working outdoors through cold, wet winters. Despite its warm construction it allows plenty of freedom of movement, combining safety and weather protection features in a single garment rather than several layers.
Every seam is taped, so water cannot get in anywhere, and the outer fabric carries a strong water-repellent finish that makes rain bead off the surface. Inside, quilted lining and a fleece-lined collar deliver real warmth, while the inner knitted cuffs and half-elasticated waistband keep that heat where it's needed. A weather-protection storm flap at the front shields the zip from wind and rain. Four outer pockets, an inner chest pocket and a concealed phone pocket provide generous storage, and the detachable hood tucks away when not needed.
On the protection side, the RT32 is certified to EN 342 for cold protection down to -36°C, making it suitable for very low temperatures. Reflective tape ensures good visibility, and the EN ISO 20471 certification is maintained after 50 washes, meaning the jacket keeps its high-visibility performance over long-term use. The fabric is also rated UPF 40+, blocking 98% of UV rays. In orange, the jacket additionally meets the RIS 3279-TOM standard, making it suitable for rail companies and similar operators.
A branding access point makes the RT32 easy to personalise with company logos or corporate design, which also makes it a practical choice for fleet or team uniforms.
