This Hi-Vis jacket from Blaklader is built for anyone who needs to stay visible on the road, on site or behind the wheel, from road workers and builders to tradespeople and drivers. Pre-shaped sleeves give freedom of movement on the job, while the adjustable waist and pleated back panel allow room for extra layers underneath without restricting movement during transport or hands-on work.
The jacket is made from a durable polyester-cotton twill weave at 240 g/m², with a water-repellent treated outer fabric. In everyday use that means a hard-wearing jacket that keeps you dry in light rain, and one that fits easily into an industrial laundry routine thanks to its industrial wash suitability. A fleece-lined collar adds comfort around the neck, and the concealed, reinforced plastic zip holds up reliably to frequent use.
The yellow/black colourway is certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 2, the standard that governs the visibility of high-vis workwear in traffic and low-light conditions. Wide 50 mm reflective stripes across the body, sleeves and shoulders, along with reflective piping, help ensure the wearer is spotted early in poor visibility or after dark. The fabric is also certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
With ample storage from bellows chest pockets, an inner Napoleon pocket, interior pockets and a sleeve pocket with pen slot, this jacket suits tradespeople, road and construction workers and drivers who need to be both visible and well-equipped, whether travelling to the job or working on site.
