This Blaklader High-Vis winter vest is made for anyone working outdoors in cold conditions who also needs to stay clearly visible. Whether on construction sites, in road work, gardening or driving, the vest combines high-visibility protection with real winter comfort, and comes in High Vis Yellow and High Vis Orange from XS to 4XL.
The outer fabric, a sturdy twill blend of 70% polyester and 30% cotton, is water- and dirt-repellent, so rain and grime tend to bead off rather than soak in during a working day. Inside, the soft, brushed pile lining keeps the wearer warm without adding bulk. The extended back and the adjustable drawcord waist keep cold air out and help the vest stay in place during movement, while the concealed, reinforced plastic zip with a wind flap and hook-and-loop closure adds extra protection against draughts. For everyday practicality, the vest offers several zippered pockets, an inner phone pocket and a kangaroo pocket on the back that easily holds gloves or other gear.
As a high-visibility garment, the vest meets EN ISO 20471 Class 2 and falls under certification group A, meaning the combination of high-vis colour and wide 65 mm reflective stripes on the shoulders and body keeps the wearer visible even in poor light. This makes it particularly suited to work near traffic or on active construction sites, where being seen early matters.
