The Warnschutz 3-in-1 Kontrast X pilot jacket is built for anyone working outdoors in all weather who needs to stay visible and protected. Its main strength is adaptability: the detachable faux-fur lining, removable fur collar and zip-off sleeves can be combined in different ways, letting the jacket be worn in three configurations that adjust from mild conditions right through to winter jobs.
The outer fabric is waterproof with taped seams, so no water gets through at the stitching. On top of that, the fabric finish is extremely water-repellent and beads water off the surface, keeping the wearer dry even in sustained rain. Eight inner and outer zip pockets, including a phone pocket and an inner chest pocket, keep tools, ID and phone secure and within easy reach. A two-way zip allows quick access even with a harness or belt on, while knitted cuffs and hem seal out draughts.
On the protection side, the jacket delivers on several fronts. It's certified to EN 342 for cold protection down to -40 °C, making it suitable for work in extreme cold. Its EN ISO 20471 certification is rated to withstand 50 washes, so the reflective strips and contrast panels keep delivering visibility over the long term while also helping hide visible dirt. The fabric also carries a UPF 40+ rating, blocking 98% of UV rays, a useful feature for outdoor work on sunny days. CE certification and UKCA marking complete the safety credentials.
