The DX4 Evolution Ripstop Winter Jacket is built for the coldest, wettest days on site, designed for anyone who needs dependable protection against wind, rain and freezing temperatures without being held back by bulky workwear.
Tough ripstop fabric, Portwest Extreme™ Waterproof Eco, reinforces the areas that take the most wear, so the jacket holds up under demanding daily use. The Insulatex™ Pro Eco thermal lining is deliberately lightweight, adding real warmth without making the jacket feel heavy or stiff. Articulated sleeves, dynamic panelling and 4-way stretch let the jacket move with the body instead of restricting it, while a PFAS-free Texpel™ Splash Eco finish repels rain and splashes. Taped seams and storm details keep the elements firmly outside, and a dedicated ThermaPocket keeps a phone working even as temperatures drop.
Certified to EN 342, the jacket stays comfortable to wear down to -26°C, making it reliable protection through severe winter conditions. It also meets EN 343 Class 4:1, the highest waterproof rating within that standard, equivalent to a 20,000mm rating that stands up to extended heavy rain.
This makes it a strong choice for outdoor work in winter weather, from construction to logistics or any job that means long hours out in the cold and wet. Made with a minimum of 50% recycled materials, the jacket is available in Black and Navy, in sizes S to 3XL.
