The Hi-Vis Contrast 2-in-1 Pilot Jacket is built for anyone working outdoors in all weather who needs to stay visible, warm and dry. Thanks to the detachable sleeves and roll-away hood, it converts between a full winter jacket and a lighter bodywarmer, adapting easily to changing conditions and temperatures. Knitted cuffs and a comfortable waistband add a fit that stays comfortable through long shifts.
The jacket is built with a quilted lining and waterproof, taped seams that keep moisture out entirely. Its Texpel Splash Eco fabric finish is PFAS-free and highly water-repellent, so water simply beads off the surface instead of soaking in. The fleece-lined collar and the storm flap at the front make a real difference in wind and rain, while four pockets, including a phone pocket and a zipped chest pocket, offer plenty of room for tools and personal items.
The jacket is certified to EN 342 for cold protection down to -36°C, making it suitable for work in extreme low temperatures. Its EN ISO 20471 high-visibility certification holds up even after 50 washes, and the fabric is rated UPF 40+, blocking 98% of UV rays. The orange version additionally meets the RIS 3279-TOM standard for the rail industry. Carrying CE certification and UKCA marking, this jacket suits demanding professional environments such as road construction, logistics and rail work, where visibility and weather protection both matter.
