The Bizflame Work FR winter jacket is designed for jobs where cold and thermal hazards meet, making it a natural fit for offshore industry work. It shares its outer fabric with the FR50 but adds an extra-thick wadding and a flame-resistant cotton lining for added warmth without sacrificing freedom of movement.
Build quality is geared towards demanding daily use: triple-stitched seams, a durable brass two-way zip and a double-stitched reflective band keep the jacket performing on site day after day. An adjustable drawcord waist and hook-and-loop cuff fastenings help achieve a secure, comfortable fit, while the detachable hood with brass zip lets you adapt to changing conditions. Five pockets, including two angled chest pockets with flaps and an inner chest pocket, give you plenty of room for tools and personal items.
The jacket meets all relevant EN standards, including the welding standard, and provides Class 2 welding protection along with defence against radiant, convective and contact heat. It's suitable for use in ATEX environments and CE-CAT III certified. The fabric also carries a UPF 40+ rating, blocking 98% of UV rays, a useful bonus for anyone working outdoors year-round.
