The Hi-Vis 3-in-1 Contrast Pilot Jacket is built for anyone working outdoors in all weathers who still wants proper comfort. Thanks to the detachable faux-fur collar, removable faux-fur lining and zip-off sleeves, the jacket converts into three different styles, so it adapts to the temperature and the job at hand, from a light hi-vis shell to a fully lined winter coat.
The fabric is fully waterproof with taped seams that keep moisture out at every stitch line. On top of that, the PFAS-free Texpel™ Splash Eco finish makes water bead off the surface rather than soak in, so you stay dry even in heavy rain without the jacket feeling damp or heavy. Eleven pockets, including chest, sleeve, pen and phone pockets plus a radio mic loop, keep tools and essentials organised and within easy reach.
On protection, the jacket delivers where it counts: EN342 certifies cold protection down to -36°C, and EN ISO 20471 confirms high-visibility performance that holds up even after 50 washes. The fabric is also rated UPF 40+, blocking 98% of UV rays. The Orange/Navy version additionally meets RIS 3279-TOM requirements for the rail industry.
That combination makes this jacket a strong fit for road and civil engineering, rail maintenance and emergency services, or any role where reliable hi-vis protection needs to hold up whatever the weather throws at it.
