The Hi-Vis Quilted Jacket is a lightweight, insulated hi-vis jacket built for anyone working outdoors in cold, wet conditions who needs to stay warm and stay seen. Its sewn-on reflective tape follows a Bio-Motion layout that tracks the body's movement, keeping the wearer visible in low light from a distance. Available up to size 6XL, it fits a wide range of workers.
The polyester ripstop outer fabric is treated with Texpel Splash Eco, a PFAS-free finish that makes water bead off the surface rather than soak in. Inside, Insulatex insulation gives the jacket full padding and lining, trapping body heat while keeping the cold out, without adding bulk or weight. An elasticated hem and knitted cuffs seal out draughts and add extra comfort, while two zipped side pockets keep small items secure.
The jacket is certified to EN ISO 20471 after 25 washes, the standard that governs high-visibility workwear and ensures wearers remain clearly visible in road and worksite environments. The orange version also meets RIS 3279-TOM, a requirement for the UK rail industry. The fabric carries a UPF 40+ rating, blocking 98% of UV rays, a useful feature for outdoor work beyond the winter months. A decoration access point also makes it easy to add company logos or branding, ideal for fleet and team uniforms.
