The Hi-Vis Kontrast Winter Verkehrsjacke is built for anyone who needs to stay warm, dry and visible outdoors through the cold season. Its two-tone design and contrast panels keep visibility high even when the fabric gets dirty, and it comes in several colour combinations across a size range from XS to 5XL.
The fabric carries a PFAS-free Texpel™ Splash Eco finish, so water beads off the surface instead of soaking in, and combined with the fully taped, waterproof seams the jacket stays dry through sustained rain. The quilted lining provides warmth without restricting movement, while the inner knitted cuffs seal out cold air at the wrists. A storm flap over the front zip keeps weather out of the closure, and the two-way zip makes it easy to open and close even with gloves on.
On the protection side, the jacket is certified to EN342 for cold protection down to -36°C, making it suitable for work in genuinely harsh winter conditions. The taped seams also help protect the body against biological hazards. Its EN ISO 20471 certification remains valid after 50 washes, so the high-visibility performance holds up over the working life of the garment. The fabric additionally offers UPF 40+ protection, blocking around 98% of UV rays, and in the orange colourway the jacket meets RIS 3279-TOM requirements for rail industry use.
With four pockets, including an inner chest pocket and a concealed phone pocket, plus a stowable hood, the jacket is set up for long shifts outdoors. It suits road work, rail industry tasks, winter maintenance and any job that means facing wind, cold and rain on a regular basis.
