Product information "teXXor Welder Gloves"
The teXXor® welding glove is made for anyone who needs fine dexterity alongside dependable protection during welding and deburring work. It combines soft goatskin nappa leather in the hand area with a protective cowhide split leather cuff that also covers the forearms, resolving the usual trade-off between mobility and coverage.
The goatskin nappa leather, around 0.7 mm thick, gives the glove a supple, comfortable feel without sacrificing durability. The seams are reinforced with Kevlar, significantly boosting tear resistance at the most heavily stressed points and extending the glove's working life. In practice, that means fewer replacements and more uninterrupted time on the job.
On the protection side, the glove meets several relevant standards: EN 12477 is the dedicated standard for welding gloves, EN ISO 21420 covers general requirements for protective gloves, EN 388 addresses mechanical risks such as abrasion, cutting and puncture, and EN 407 covers thermal risks including heat and flame exposure. As Category II PPE, the glove is designed for tasks involving medium-level risk.
This makes it suitable not only for classic welding jobs but also for rough work in trades, construction, the automotive industry and its suppliers, metalworking and mechanical engineering, locksmith shops and workshops, service stations and truck stops, as well as glass manufacturing. Available in sizes 9, 10 and 11.
