Product information "teXXor Welder Gloves FUDSCHIJAMA"
The teXXor® FUDSCHIJAMA welding glove is built for anyone who needs reliable protection and a good feel for the work during welding, deburring or other heavy-duty handling tasks. Its 5-finger design offers more freedom of movement and a better grip than a traditional mitt style, without compromising on sturdiness.
Made from carefully selected cowhide and split leather with a material thickness of around 1.1 to 1.2 mm, the glove is built to withstand daily wear on demanding jobs. The full cotton lining keeps it comfortable even during extended use, while the piped seams add to its durability. The extra-long cuff gives solid protection to the wrist area against sparks and heat.
Classified as PPE Category II, the FUDSCHIJAMA meets several relevant standards: EN 12477, the dedicated standard for welding gloves, EN 388 for mechanical risks such as cuts and abrasion, EN 407 for heat and flame resistance, and the baseline standard EN 420 for general glove requirements. Together, these cover both the heat exposure typical of welding work and the mechanical stress of rougher handling.
Typical users include metalworkers, machine builders, locksmiths and workshop staff, as well as people in construction, the automotive industry and its supply chain, fuel stations and vehicle service centres, and glass manufacturing – anywhere welding, deburring or other heavy manual work is part of the job.
