Product information "Expertbase Pro Unventilated"
The Expertbase Pro Unvented is an industrial safety helmet designed for anyone working close to electrical hazards. Its shell has no ventilation holes by design, removing any openings through which voltage could enter – a key detail for electricians, plant technicians and anyone likely to come into contact with live equipment on site.
Made from lightweight HDPE, the helmet stays comfortable to wear through a full shift without pressing on the neck. The 6-point plastic harness spreads the weight evenly across the head and can be removed easily for cleaning, a real advantage for daily use on site. The ratchet mechanism in the headband lets each wearer set the exact size between 52 and 63 cm, complemented by a comfort sweatband and a 4-point chin strap that keeps the helmet securely in place even when moving around.
The helmet is CE certified, confirming it is approved for professional use as personal protective equipment. Available in black, orange, royal blue, white and yellow, it can also be colour-matched to team identification or role assignment on site. Matching accessories are available too, allowing the helmet to be extended as needed.
