Product information "Expertbase Pro Ventilated"
The Expertbase Pro is a ventilated industrial safety helmet designed for anyone who needs to stay cool during physical work or in changing temperatures. The vented shell allows continuous airflow, making the helmet more comfortable to wear over long shifts than closed designs. It comes in several colour options, which also makes it useful for identifying teams or roles on site.
The shell is made from lightweight HDPE, so the helmet sits comfortably on the head and reduces fatigue during extended wear. Inside, a 6-point plastic harness keeps the fit secure and can be removed easily for cleaning. A comfort sweatband adds further wearing comfort, while the ratchet mechanism allows the headband to be adjusted smoothly between 52 and 63 cm, giving a precise fit across different head sizes. The 4-point chin strap keeps the helmet firmly in place even during movement.
As CE-certified personal protective equipment, the Expertbase Pro meets the required standards for head protection in professional environments. Matching accessories are also available, allowing the helmet to be adapted to different working conditions.
