The Tychem® 6000 F CHZ5 is a disposable protective coverall built for tasks where dependable barrier protection against liquid and solid hazards really matters. Its attached hood, thumb loops and integrated socks give full-body coverage that stays in place during extended wear instead of shifting or riding up. Elasticated cuffs, ankles, hood and back panel keep the suit close to the body, closing off the gaps where contamination could otherwise get through.
The fabric is a polyethylene spunbond laminated with a barrier film, which keeps the suit protective while staying light and flexible enough for freedom of movement. Seams are taped so there are no weak points at the seams, and the zipper is finished with a self-adhesive double flap plus a chin guard for extra coverage. An antistatic treatment cuts down on static build-up during work, which matters in sensitive environments, and the version with conductive socks and boot covers adds a safe, controlled transition to footwear.
Certified to EN 14126, the suit is designed to protect against infective agents, and as PSA Category III it covers Types 3B, 4B, 5B and 6B. In practice that means protection against spray and fine particles as well as light, ongoing liquid spray and limited contact with fine particulates, making it a suit that holds up across several levels of hazard.
That makes the TF6000FALS a solid choice for biological and medical work, pest control, cleaning and disinfection tasks, and any job involving possible contact with pathogens or hazardous liquids.
