The TYCHEM® 6000 F CHA5 is a disposable hooded coverall built for anyone whose work brings them into contact with chemicals, particulates or biological hazards. It suits professionals who need dependable, all-round protection without sacrificing freedom of movement, and comes in sizes S through 3XL.
The suit is made from a polyethylene spunbond fabric with a barrier film, creating an effective protective layer while still remaining light and comfortable to wear. Taped seams keep the connection points sealed, while the self-adhesive double zipper flap and chin guard prevent ingress at this particularly exposed area. Elasticated cuffs, ankles, hood and back panel keep the suit fitting securely throughout the working day, and thumb loops hold the sleeves reliably in place. The antistatic treatment also helps reduce electrostatic build-up during use.
Tested to EN 14126, the coverall protects against biological hazards - relevant wherever contact with pathogens or contaminated substances is a possibility. Its PSA Category III, Type 3B/4B/5B/6B rating covers a wide range of scenarios, from particle-tight barrier protection through to defence against fine sprays and limited liquid contact.
