The TYCHEM® 6000 F protective coverall TOKFO is built for tasks where contact with chemicals and biological hazards must be reliably prevented. It suits companies and professionals who need to protect staff in industrial, laboratory or waste management settings from liquid and infectious substances. The orange colour also improves visibility on site.
The fabric is a polyethylene spunbond nonwoven with a barrier film that forms an effective block against penetrating substances while staying light to wear. Taped seams eliminate weak points at the seams, and elasticated cuffs, ankles, hood and back keep the suit close to the body without shifting during movement. A self-adhesive double zip and chin flap seal the front closure, while thumb loops keep the sleeves securely positioned over gloves. The antistatic treatment reduces the risk of electrostatic build-up during everyday use.
The EN 14126 rating confirms protection against biological hazards such as viruses, bacteria and fungi. As Category III PPE, the suit meets Types 3B, 4B, 5B and 6B, covering protection against liquid jets, spray, fine particles and light liquid splashes. This makes the TOKFO suitable for demanding protection needs where both chemical and biological risks are present.
Supplied as bulk goods with a minimum order of 25 pieces, the suit is geared towards commercial buyers, for example in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, emergency response, pest control, or cleaning and remediation work involving biological contamination.
