The Tychem 6000 F CHZ5 is a disposable protective coverall designed for work involving elevated infection or chemical risk, where standard disposable clothing falls short. With a hood, elasticated cuffs at wrists and ankles, an elasticated back and thumb loops, it fits closely to the body even during movement, leaving no gaps for liquids or particles to get through.
The fabric is a polyethylene spunbond with a barrier film, forming a continuous protective layer while staying relatively lightweight. Taped seams and a self-adhesive double zip flap with chin guard close off the typical weak points found in disposable coveralls. The double-sleeve system with inner knit cuffs keeps the suit sealed during arm movement and when putting it on or taking it off, while the antistatic treatment is an advantage in dusty or gas-hazard environments.
The suit is certified to EN 14126, meaning it protects against infective agents, and falls under PPE Category III for protection against risks that can cause death or serious harm. Its type classification of 3B, 4B, 5B and 6B covers protection against liquid jets, spray, fine particles and light splashes, each rated for biological hazards. This makes the Tychem 6000 F suitable for industrial work, laboratory settings, cleaning and disinfection tasks, and any environment involving hazardous substances or biological contamination.
The coverall is sold as bulk goods with a minimum order of 10 pieces and comes in sizes M to 5XL, making it easy to equip whole teams consistently.
