The Sigma softshell jacket is a versatile piece of workwear for anyone working outdoors in changeable weather who doesn't want to swap between jacket and vest. The sleeves can be removed, turning the jacket into a vest whenever more freedom of movement or a change in temperature calls for it.
The outer material is a 3-layer laminate with a high polyester content and added elastane, giving good freedom of movement while keeping a durable, robust surface. The hem and sleeve cuffs are reinforced with hard-wearing Oxford fabric at the points that see the most wear, adding to the jacket's longevity. Inside, a fleece lining keeps things comfortable even in cooler conditions. The finish is detailed throughout, with an adjustable hem, adjustable sleeve cuffs and an adjustable collar, allowing the fit to be tailored to the wearer.
The softshell fabric is windproof and waterproof while remaining breathable: a water column of 8,000 mm keeps out even heavier rain, and a breathability rating of 1,000 g/m²/24h lets moisture escape from the inside so the wearer doesn't overheat. Waterproof zips on the body and pockets keep rain from getting in, and a chin guard at the end of the main zip adds comfort when the jacket is fully closed.
With six outer pockets, including chest and hip pockets, plus several inner pockets, the jacket offers plenty of room for tools, a phone or paperwork. A reflective piping strip at the front improves visibility in low light. This makes the Sigma a solid choice for anyone working outdoors, on site or in logistics and warehousing who needs reliable weather protection with flexible wearing options.
