The Sealtex™ Ultra Hi-Vis rain trousers are built for anyone working outdoors in wind and rain who also needs to stay clearly visible. The elasticated waistband and adjustable leg openings make them comfortable to wear over other workwear, adapting to different body shapes without restricting movement.
The fabric is fully waterproof with taped seams, so water cannot get in at the seams where it matters most. At the same time, the material stays breathable and windproof, which in practice means no heat build-up and no clammy feeling inside, even during longer spells in wet conditions. The finish is highly water-repellent, causing water to bead off the surface rather than soak in, which keeps the trousers drier and easier to maintain. Press-stud adjustable hems add a secure fit, for instance over safety boots.
The trousers are certified to EN ISO 20471, the standard for high-visibility protective clothing, and feature a heat-resistant reflective band for extra visibility in low light. The fabric also carries a UPF 40+ rating and blocks 98% of UV rays, a useful benefit for anyone spending long hours outside in the sun. CE certification and UKCA marking complete the safety profile.
This makes the rain trousers a strong choice for road workers, logistics staff, groundworkers and anyone doing outdoor work where both visibility and weather protection matter. Available from size XS to 5XL, they can be matched to almost any build.
