The DX4 Hi-Vis Hoodie is built for anyone working on construction sites, in road maintenance or other safety-critical environments who doesn't want to compromise on comfort. It combines the look of a contemporary hoodie with the demands of certified hi-vis workwear, a combination that's increasingly in demand on site.
The outer fabric is a mechanical stretch polyester bonded to a polyester fleece layer. This fleece-bonded construction adds extra warmth without making the garment feel stiff or bulky, and the stretch keeps freedom of movement for tasks that involve a lot of bending or reaching. Two zipped side pockets plus two further generous pockets give you secure storage for small items that won't fall out during the working day. The hood adds further protection against poor weather.
Visibility comes from the segmented HiVisTex Pro tape, which is heat-resistant and doesn't restrict movement even when segmented across joints. The hoodie is certified to EN ISO 20471, specifically after 25 wash cycles, which speaks to durable visibility performance over the garment's working life. The UPF 40+ rated fabric also blocks 98% of UV rays, a useful benefit for anyone spending long hours outdoors. The item carries UKCA marking and is registered as an EU design.
