This Hi-Vis Rail work trouser is built for anyone working trackside or in similarly safety-critical environments where visibility and smart storage really matter. With three reflective stripes and certification to current rail industry standards, it is clearly designed for that setting, though its rugged build also holds up well on road and civil engineering sites.
The durable poly-cotton fabric carries the Texpel Stain Eco finish, which repels dirt and water before they can soak into the fabric. In practice that means fewer stains and trousers that still look presentable after a hard day's work. Triple-stitched seams and reinforced stress points keep the garment from wearing out under constant strain, whether from kneeling, bending or working with tools. Kneepad pockets that fill from below protect the knees during kneeling work without any fiddly insertion of pads.
On the safety side, the trousers are certified to EN ISO 20471, explicitly rated after 50 washes, so the high-visibility performance holds up over time. In orange, they also meet RIS 3279-TOM, the standard developed specifically for the rail industry. The UV-protective fabric is rated UPF 40+ and blocks 98 percent of UV radiation, a real benefit for anyone spending long hours outdoors. CE certification and UKCA marking complete the compliance package.
With ten pockets, including a cargo pocket, ruler pocket, phone pocket and a D-ring for keys or ID, the trousers offer plenty of storage for daily site work. The half-elastic waistband keeps the fit secure yet comfortable through a full shift. Available in sizes S to 3XL.
