The PW2 Warnschutz Service Trousers are built for anyone who needs to stay visible and fully functional across changing job sites or roadside work. They suit trade buyers equipping teams as well as individual users who want trousers that keep up with a demanding working day. Five pockets, a double rule pocket and a removable, transparent ID card holder keep tools and identification within easy reach without making the trousers feel bulky.
The Kingsmill poly-cotton fabric is built to withstand daily wear, and the Texpel finish keeps it looking cleaner for longer by repelling oil, water and dirt. That difference shows especially on jobs involving greasy or dirty materials, where a tidy appearance still matters. The elasticated side waistband and the extendable leg length, adjustable between 31 and 33 inches, allow the fit to be tailored to the wearer, which noticeably improves comfort during physical work or across different team members. All trims are scratch-resistant and completely metal-free, meaning the trousers contain no nickel or iron and can be worn comfortably even in magnetically sensitive environments.
The trousers meet EN ISO 20471, the standard for high-visibility clothing, and remain certified to it even after 50 washes, so visibility doesn't drop off with regular use. In orange, they also meet RIS-3279-TOM, the standard specific to the rail industry. The UV-rated fabric offers UPF 40+ protection, blocking 98% of UV rays, making it a practical choice for outdoor work in strong sun. The trousers are CE certified and UKCA marked.
This makes the PW2 trousers a strong fit for road work, rail industry tasks, logistics and any role where visible workwear needs to meet a recognised safety standard.
