Product information "Multinorm Jacket Pavel"
The Pavel multinorm jacket is built for workers facing several hazards at once: welding sparks, open flame, electrostatic charge, arc flash and contact with liquid chemicals. Instead of needing several specialised jackets, this one garment covers all of these risks, making it a practical choice for welders, electricians and industrial or plant maintenance staff who need certified protective wear for their entire shift.
The outer fabric is a blend of cotton, polyester and a small proportion of carbon fibre, at a weight of 300 g/m². This combination gives the jacket the toughness needed for demanding work while still remaining comfortable to wear over a full shift. The elastic cuffs improve fit during movement, and the jacket can be washed up to 25 times at 60 degrees, which makes it suitable for daily use in heavily soiled or high-wear environments.
The jacket carries several certifications, each covering a different type of hazard. EN ISO 11611 class 1 confirms protection during welding and similar processes involving sparks and spatter. EN ISO 11612 verifies flame resistance along with protection against convective and radiant heat. EN 1149-5 provides electrostatic discharge protection, which matters in environments where flammable substances are present. EN 61482-2 certifies protection against the thermal effects of an electric arc, while EN 13034 type 6 offers limited protection against contact with liquid chemicals. Reflective piping on the front adds extra visibility on site.
With four pocket flaps closed by hook-and-loop fasteners, two on the chest and two on the hips, the jacket offers ample storage for tools and personal items. It is particularly suited to welders, electrical technicians and anyone working in areas with high thermal or electrical risk, and is available in sizes XS to 4XL.
