The Ambrosius is a multi-standard rain jacket built for work that combines high-visibility requirements, exposure to wind and rain, and the risk of chemical contact. It suits anyone working outdoors who needs to stay visible while staying dry, from road construction crews to waste management and industrial outdoor teams. The multi-standard emblem on the left upper arm marks it clearly as certified protective wear from the outside.
The outer fabric, a polyester blend with a small carbon content, is windproof and waterproof while remaining breathable, rated at 2,000 g/m²/24 h with a 2,000 mm water column - rain and wind stay out while moisture from the body can still escape. Welded seams prevent water from seeping in through stitch holes. The cotton lining adds comfort for extended wear. Practical features such as the concealed YKK two-way front zip with storm flap and hook-and-loop closure, the removable and stowable hood, and the adjustable cuffs with hook-and-loop fastening make the jacket easy to use on site without compromising its protective properties. Two radio loops and several pockets, including a chest pocket and two hip pockets with hook-and-loop closures, round out the equipment.

EN ISO 14116 certifies flame-retardant properties, with the outer and inner materials rated to different indices. EN 1149-5 confirms the antistatic finish, relevant wherever electrostatic discharge needs to be avoided. EN 13034 Type PB [6] adds limited protection against liquid chemicals. All of this is underpinned by EN ISO 13688, which sets the general requirements for protective clothing.
