The GoodJob® Bihar glove is a long welding glove made from full nappa leather, designed for work where hands and forearms need protection from heat, sparks and mechanical strain. At around 35 cm long, the gauntlet extends well beyond the wrist, adding an extra layer of protection during welding and related metalwork.
The glove combines full nappa leather with a split leather gauntlet, and the thumb is also set in full nappa leather. The result is a glove that feels tough and grippy while still allowing good dexterity thanks to the soft nappa leather. Built as a one-piece leather glove construction, it's made to hold up to the daily wear and tear of a welding station or workbench.
It's tested to EN 388, which covers protection against mechanical risks such as abrasion, cuts and tearing, and to DIN EN 12477 in Type B, the standard for protective gloves used in welding. Type B stands for gloves with somewhat less dexterity but a higher level of protection, suited to jobs where ruggedness matters more than fine handling.
The Bihar is a classic choice for welders, metalworkers and anyone handling heat and sharp-edged material in metal fabrication or workshop settings. Supplied as bulk goods with a minimum order of 12 pairs, it's also geared towards commercial buyers ordering in larger quantities.
