This Blaklader coverall is purpose-built for workers in the food industry, where hygiene requirements shape every part of the working day. The adjustable elasticated waist together with elastic cuffs at the sleeves and leg ends creates a fit that adapts to different body shapes while keeping movement unrestricted. A concealed two-way metal zip allows the coverall to be opened from top or bottom without breaking up the smooth, hygiene-friendly surface.
The fabric is a twill weave made from 65% polyester and 35% cotton at 240 g/m², developed for industrial and service environments. This blend combines the shape-retention and durability of polyester with the comfort of cotton, and it holds up well to the frequent changes that come with daily work. The material is also certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100, confirming it has been tested for harmful substances, a point that carries real weight in food-related workplaces.
A particularly practical feature is its suitability for industrial laundering to EN ISO 15797. This means the coverall is designed to withstand the high temperatures and mechanical stress of professional laundry processes without losing its shape or function, so it fits smoothly into the strict cleaning routines typical of food processing operations.
Two inner chest pockets, one with a plastic zip, provide secure storage for small items so nothing can fall out and end up on the production line.
