The ES1 Essential Hi-Vis Rain Trousers are built for anyone working outdoors in wet weather who also needs to stay visible. They're designed to be worn over your regular trousers, adding reliable rain protection without requiring a full change of clothing – ideal for quick weather cover on construction sites, road works, or outdoor storage areas.
The fabric features a PFAS-free Texpel™ Splash Eco finish, so water beads off the surface instead of soaking in. Combined with the welded seams, this keeps the trousers watertight even in heavy, sustained rain. Double stitching adds extra durability for daily wear, while the popper-adjustable hem and elasticated back waist keep the trousers securely in place during movement. The fabric also carries a UPF 40+ rating, blocking 98% of UV radiation, a real benefit for anyone spending long hours outside.
The trousers are certified to EN ISO 20471, retaining their rating even after 25 washes, so the reflective strips continue to provide reliable visibility throughout the garment's working life. CE certification and REACH-compliant PVC coating round out the safety credentials. This makes the trousers well suited to workers regularly exposed to traffic, construction sites, or other low-visibility outdoor environments where staying seen in any weather is essential.
