The Bizflame Plus is a flame-resistant coverall built for people working in hazardous industrial environments who still need to move freely on the job. Unlike traditional stiff protective suits, this design uses stretch panels across key movement zones and an articulated crotch gusset, making bending, kneeling and reaching noticeably easier. An adjustable hem accommodates different leg lengths, while an elasticated back keeps the fit secure during active work.
Ventilation openings on the upper and lower back help maintain airflow during physical exertion or in warm conditions. Ten pockets, including a sleeve pocket, patch hip pockets and height-adjustable kneepad pockets, let wearers organise tools and equipment for the task at hand, while radio loops and a two-way zip make everyday handling more practical. A hook-and-loop cuff closure keeps sleeves secure at the wrist.
The coverall protects against radiant, convective and contact heat, making it suitable for work where fire and heat exposure are a concern. It carries CE Category III certification and is rated for use in ATEX environments, meaning areas with explosive atmospheres, and its non-magnetic, nickel- and iron-free construction suits sensitive industrial settings. The fabric is also UPF 40+ rated, blocking 98% of UV rays for outdoor use.
