The Bizflame Industry FR overall is built for people working across multiple hazard zones in industrial settings, from radiant heat and molten metal splash to UV exposure outdoors. As an all-in-one coverall it covers a wide range of protection needs while being engineered for tough daily use rather than occasional wear.
The FR polyester fabric is specifically developed for durability under demanding conditions. In practice, that means the overall withstands industrial laundering up to 75° and tunnel drying up to 155°, keeping it fit for service even under frequent professional cleaning cycles in multi-shift operations. Thoughtful features such as the two-way zip, the hook-and-loop cuff fastening and the side access openings make it quick to put on and take off while staying securely in place during work.
The overall protects against radiant and contact heat and is certified against molten metal splash, addressing key risks in welding, foundry and metalworking environments. Being non-magnetic and free of nickel and iron also makes it suitable for settings where magnetic interference must be avoided. With a UPF 40+ rated fabric that blocks 98% of UV rays, it adds relevant protection for outdoor work too. CE Cat III certification and ATEX suitability complete the protection profile, and the external norm labelling makes the protection level easy to identify at a glance.
With 10 pockets, including a rule pocket, shoulder pockets and height-adjustable knee pad pockets plus a radio loop, the overall is tailored to industrial workers, welders and professionals operating in explosive atmosphere zones. The extendable leg length further allows a precise fit across different body heights.
