The Bizflame Industry FR jacket is built for offshore and industrial settings where workers face more than one hazard at once. It's designed for professionals who need protection against heat and flame alongside risks such as molten metal splash, static build-up or UV exposure, combining all of this in a single garment.
The fabric is a dedicated FR polyester blend engineered for strength, which translates into a garment that holds up well under the wear and tear of daily site work. It can be industrially laundered up to 75° and tunnel-dried up to 155°, making it practical for workplaces with their own laundry cycle. The hook-and-loop fastening at the cuffs allows for a secure, adjustable fit, while the five pockets and radio loops keep tools and communication gear within easy reach on site.
On the protection side, the jacket addresses several hazards at once: it guards against radiant, convective and contact heat, and is certified to protect against molten metal splash. The fabric is also non-magnetic, being nickel- and iron-free, and rated UPF 40+, blocking 98% of UV rays. A sewn-on, flame-resistant, industrially washable tape along with an external standards label make it easy to identify the protection levels at a glance. The jacket is CE-CAT III certified and suitable for use in ATEX environments.
