The Bizflame Industry FR bib and brace overalls are built for anyone working in demanding industrial environments who needs protective clothing they can rely on without sacrificing comfort. They combine durable protection with practical functionality, aimed at professionals who face thermal and electrostatic hazards on a daily basis.
The FR polyester fabric is designed to last, offering excellent resistance to abrasion, shrinkage and colour fading, so the overalls keep their shape and appearance even after heavy use. This is supported by suitability for industrial laundering up to 75° and tunnel drying up to 155°, which keeps maintenance effort low in a busy workplace. Elastic shoulder straps and an extendable leg length further ensure a fit that adapts to different body types and working movements.
When it comes to protection, these overalls deliver on several fronts: they guard against radiant and contact heat, and are non-magnetic as well as nickel- and iron-free, making them suitable for workplaces with specific safety requirements. The 40+ UPF rated fabric blocks 98% of UV rays, providing reliable sun protection for outdoor work too. The garment is suitable for wear in ATEX environments, certified to CE-CAT III, and features external norm labelling so the protection level can be identified at a glance.
With ten pockets, a zipped inner pocket for secure storage and height-adjustable knee pad pockets offering two positioning options, these overalls are well suited to work in heavy industry, plant engineering or explosive atmospheres, where storage space and a customisable fit matter just as much as dependable protection.
