The Araflame Work Lightweight FR Coverall is built for anyone working in environments with fire or heat hazards who still needs full freedom of movement. Whether in oil and gas or other high-risk industries, this coverall combines inherent flame resistance with a wearing comfort closer to everyday workwear than bulky protective gear.
The soft Araflame fabric is breathable, stretchy and tear-resistant all at once, a combination that really shows during physically demanding tasks. Triple stitched seams give the garment a noticeably longer service life than single-stitched alternatives, while sturdy brass zips hold up to rough daily use on site. The elasticated waistband and hook-and-loop cuff fastenings keep the fit secure and easy to adjust. One practical detail stands out: the inherent flame resistance is not affected by washing, so the protective performance stays intact through industrial laundering.
The coverall is CE certified to CE-CAT III and protects against radiant, convective and contact heat. The fabric also carries a UPF 40+ rating, blocking 98% of UV rays, a real benefit for outdoor work. UKCA marking confirms compliance for the UK market, and suitability for ATEX environments means the coverall can also be worn where explosive atmospheres may occur.
With ten pockets, including height-adjustable knee pad pockets, a sleeve pocket and a radio loop, the coverall is designed for tradespeople in industrial, plant and oil and gas settings who need tools and communication devices close at hand on site.
