The BizWeld Plus is an auto-darkening welding helmet designed for anyone who doesn't want to keep flipping the visor up and down while welding. The moment the arc strikes, the helmet switches instantly from light to dark, protecting the eyes exactly when it matters. That not only reduces eye strain but also makes the job itself easier, since both hands stay free and the view of the workpiece is never interrupted.
Power comes from solar cells combined with two built-in lithium batteries, which means no hunting for spare batteries and no downtime due to a dead power source. The switching speed is remarkably fast, moving from light to dark in just 0.04 milliseconds, while the return to clear view takes 0.03 to 0.04 seconds. The light state corresponds to DIN 4, and the dark state can be adjusted via an external dial from DIN 9 to DIN 13, allowing it to be matched to different welding processes and light intensities.
A high-quality optical LCD filter keeps the view of the weld pool sharp, and the size-adjustment dial lets the helmet be fitted securely and comfortably to the head. It's also designed to be worn together with disposable masks, making it practical for jobs where extra respiratory protection is needed. CE certification confirms that it meets the applicable requirements for personal protective equipment.
