This browguard with transparent visor is designed for anyone who needs reliable protection for the eyes and brow area against flying particles or impacts, without sacrificing visibility. The clear visor keeps the view unobstructed, while the dial adjustment system allows a quick, tool-free fit to different head sizes.
The shell is made from impact-resistant polypropylene, paired with a 1 mm thick polycarbonate visor. This combination keeps the guard sturdy yet lightweight, making it comfortable to wear over longer shifts. A soft sweat-absorbing leather band on the inside adds further comfort and reduces pressure points during repeated use. If the visor gets scratched or damaged over time, it can simply be swapped out using the separately available replacement visor (PW92), avoiding the need to replace the whole unit.
The clear polycarbonate visor protects against medium-energy impacts and is CE certified, confirming it meets the relevant protection requirements. This makes the browguard a practical choice for trades and industrial tasks such as grinding, drilling or assembly work, wherever face and eye protection is needed on the job.
