The Endurance Plus Visor Helmet is a safety helmet built for work where electrical hazards are a real concern and an integrated visor adds a further layer of protection. It comes complete with the retractable clear PW56 visor, so head and face protection are covered in one product rather than sourced separately. A replacement visor is also available, which keeps the helmet practical for everyday, long-term use.
The shell is made from ABS and is deliberately unvented, making it suitable for electrical applications where ventilation slots would pose a risk. Comfort comes from a 6-point textile harness with a comfort sweatband, while the ratchet wheel system allows the fit to be adjusted steplessly between 56 and 63 cm, and the chin strap keeps the helmet secure during movement. Spare parts are available, so individual components can be replaced as needed rather than retiring the whole helmet.
Protection is certified to EN 50365, giving electrical insulation up to 1000Vac or 1500Vdc, with additional electrical properties rated at 440Vac. That makes it a sound choice for work near live equipment, where a helmet free of metal parts and vent openings is required. CE certification under Category III confirms it is PSA designed against serious, irreversible health risks. Provided it remains undamaged, the helmet has a service life of up to 7 years from the date of manufacture.
Compatibility with PW47 and PS47 clip-on ear defenders, HV Extreme hearing protectors, and the PW58 helmet visor holder means the setup can be built out as needed. This makes the Endurance Plus Visor Helmet a strong fit for electricians, plant technicians and anyone who needs combined head, eye and hearing protection on site. It is available in Orange, Royal Blue, Red, White and Yellow.
