The Browguard Visor Set PW95 pairs a clear polycarbonate visor with a browguard, protecting both the eyes and the brow area in one piece of kit. It suits anyone working where sparks, splashes or impact hazards are part of the job and who needs a fast, straightforward way to protect the face and upper head. A rotating size-adjustment wheel lets the set be fitted to the individual wearer, while the built-in sweatband keeps it comfortable during extended use.
The visor is injection-moulded from polycarbonate, a material chosen for its strength while still staying fully transparent. In practical terms that means clear vision combined with genuine impact resistance. Changing the visor is quick and secure, so a scratched or damaged one can be swapped out with minimal downtime. Both the visor and the browguard are also available separately as spare parts, keeping the set economical to maintain over its working life.
On protection, the PW95 covers a wide range of hazards: it guards against UV radiation (UL 1.2), droplets (level 3), high-energy and high-mass impact (ET, HMT), and molten metal together with hot solids (level 9). That makes it well suited to environments combining mechanical and thermal risks, such as sparks, splashes or falling hot particles. The model is CE certified, meeting the applicable requirements for personal protective equipment.
