The Nitras TAEKI arm guard protects the forearm and elbow in situations where gloves alone are not enough and a simple sleeve falls short on safety. At 40 cm long, it covers a generous section of the arm and is built for tasks where sharp-edged workpieces, blades or glass shards pose a genuine risk. A hook-and-loop closure at the upper arm keeps it firmly in place during movement, preventing it from slipping down.
Knitted from the special TAEKI yarn made of HPPE, polyester, glass fibre and elastane, the arm guard combines strong protective performance with real wearing comfort. Its elastic construction moves with the arm, doesn't restrict gripping or bending, and stays comfortable against the skin even over longer shifts. The bright neon yellow colour also improves visibility on the job.
The arm guard provides very high cut resistance and additionally protects against contact heat of up to 100 degrees Celsius for 15 seconds. That makes it a practical safeguard not only around sharp edges and blades but also wherever hot surfaces or workpieces are briefly handled. As PPE risk category II, it covers hazards that go beyond simple mechanical strain.
This makes the TAEKI arm guard well suited to workers in metal processing, glass manufacturing, meat processing, and any environment where arms regularly come into contact with sharp or hot materials.
