The NITRAS 8700ESD3D is an assembly glove designed for anyone who needs full dexterity for fine, detailed work without giving up protection. The integrated carbon thread makes it antistatic, which is essential for tasks where electrostatic discharge poses a risk, such as electronics assembly or general fitting work. Thanks to its 3D FIT design, the glove hugs the hand closely while staying flexible, allowing secure handling of small parts.
The special stretch knit made from polyamide, elastane and carbon delivers excellent breathability and a comfortable feel even during extended wear. The nitrile foam coating on the palm and fingertips provides strong grip and adds notable abrasion resistance, rated up to 15,000 cycles, which translates into a long working life. The knitted cuff keeps the glove securely in place at the wrist, and since it is washable, it can be used repeatedly on the job.
The glove offers protection against contact heat up to 100 degrees Celsius for 15 seconds and falls under PSA risk category II. Skin compatibility and material quality have been dermatest-tested and certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100, adding peace of mind for tasks involving prolonged skin contact. Paint compatibility has also been tested, making the glove suitable for work in paint-sensitive environments as well.
This makes the 8700ESD3D particularly well suited to assembly work, electronics manufacturing, and tasks involving small components where sensitivity, slip resistance and antistatic properties all matter. Its touchscreen capability also allows devices to be operated on the spot without removing the glove.
