The NYLOFLEX FOAM from NITRAS is an assembly glove built for anyone who needs precise handling without sacrificing grip. Combining a white knitted liner with a grey nitrile coating, it works well across workshops, production lines and assembly tasks where small parts have to be handled securely.
The coating is applied specifically to the palm and fingertips, keeping the back of the hand breathable while reinforcing exactly the areas that make contact with the workpiece. In daily use this translates into a firm, slip-resistant hold even on oily or smooth surfaces, while the knitted cuff keeps the glove snug at the wrist. Thanks to its fine-fingered design, intricate tasks can be carried out without removing the glove, and the touchscreen-compatible coating means phones and tablets can be operated just as easily.
The glove withstands brief contact with hot surfaces and is suitable for contact with food, making it a practical choice wherever hygiene and short bursts of heat exposure both come into play. It falls under PSA risk category II, offering a solid level of protection for professional use.
The NYLOFLEX FOAM has proven itself in assembly work, order picking and food processing, in short, anywhere abrasion-resistant grip needs to go hand in hand with fine motor control. Supplied in packs of 12 pairs, it is also easy to plan for regular workplace demand.
