The ERGO STEP HIGH is a semi-orthopaedic insole from Nitras, made for anyone who wants their safety footwear to feel noticeably more comfortable. It is compatible with a range of Nitras safety shoe models, including PRO STEP, POWER STEP, MICRO STEP, EASY STEP, SPORT STEP, SOLID STEP, SONIC STEP, CLASSIC STEP, UTILITY STEP and ULTIMATE STEP, so it can simply be retrofitted rather than requiring a whole new pair of shoes.
Its anatomical shape with strong support for the longitudinal arch keeps the foot well guided even during long periods of standing. Thanks to its rebound effect, the insole stays stable in shape and does not collapse over time, while excellent cushioning provides noticeable soft-bedding that eases strain on the joints. In everyday wear, this shows especially over longer shifts: good moisture absorption and release combined with high breathability keep the foot dry, and the low weight means the insole feels light and pleasant to wear.
The ERGO STEP HIGH is also antistatic and ESD-capable, dissipating electrostatic charge, which makes it suitable for work environments where this matters, such as electronics manufacturing or other sensitive workplaces.
