The TOUGH STEP MID FIT by Nitras is a mid-high safety boot built for anyone who needs dependable foot protection on construction sites, in industry, or in skilled trades. Instead of a traditional lace-up design, the FIT SYSTEM twist closure lets you adjust the fit in seconds and keeps the boot secure throughout the shift without constant readjusting.
The durable full-grain leather in brown/black makes the boot tough enough for rough site conditions while still feeling comfortable to wear, and the PU/TPU outsole in grey/transparent is hard-wearing and non-marking, so it won't leave chalky scuff marks on floors. The well-padded shaft and heel lining make the boot easy to put on and take off while keeping the foot firmly in place, and the reinforced heel in sturdy microfibre adds extra durability at a high-wear point. Side reflective strips improve visibility in low-light conditions.
Certified to S7S CI FO SR, the boot protects against mechanical hazards thanks to its fibreglass toe cap, while a puncture-resistant, metal-free textile midsole guards against sharp objects underfoot without any metal components in the shoe. The CI and FO markings indicate cold insulation and resistance to fuel oil, and SR denotes a particularly high level of slip resistance, an important feature on smooth or contaminated surfaces.
