Product information "PW3 Winter Overalls"
The PW3 Winter Overall is built for anyone working outdoors through the depths of winter, where staying warm and dry matters as much as staying mobile. Part of the PW3 range, it pairs heavy-duty cold weather protection with practical details that make long shifts easier to manage, from the detachable, padded hood to the extra-long side leg zips that let you get in and out of the overall quickly, even over safety boots.
The 300D Oxford fabric is PU-coated for durability and dirt resistance, reinforced with double stitching at stress points. Its Texpel Splash Eco finish, which is PFAS-free, makes water bead straight off the surface. Heavy quilted lining locks in warmth in cold conditions, while underarm zips let excess heat and moisture escape so the overall doesn't feel stifling once you're moving. A fully elasticated waist and quick-drying knitted cuffs keep the fit comfortable even over bulky layers underneath.
Taped seams make this overall genuinely waterproof rather than just water-resistant, stopping water getting in at the stitch lines. Certified to EN342, it provides cold protection down to -36°C, making it suitable for extreme cold environments such as winter road maintenance, outdoor logistics, construction sites and outdoor patrol work.
Day-to-day usability comes from eight thoughtfully placed pockets, including open-top kneepad pockets, a phone pocket and a detachable ID card holder. A radio loop keeps a microphone within easy reach, and a front storm flap shields the zip from wind and rain. The decoration access point also makes it a practical option for branding with company logos, which is useful for teams needing consistent workwear across a crew.
