The Bizflame Work+ FR Overall is built for workers in the petrochemical industry and other environments where flame, heat and chemical exposure are daily risks. As a multi-norm garment it addresses several hazards at once and is suitable for use in ATEX environments, meaning zones where explosive atmospheres may occur.
The high collar and riveted flaps on every pocket show the attention to detail that goes into this coverall. Triple stitched seams extend its working life noticeably, while the action back and hook-and-loop cuff fastening give freedom of movement and a secure fit during demanding tasks. The fabric also carries a 40+ UPF rating and blocks 98% of UV rays, a real benefit for anyone working outdoors.
The high-performance fabric protects against flames, radiant, convective and contact heat, as well as molten metal splash, chemicals, electric arc exposure and static build-up. The coverall is CE-CAT III certified and UKCA marked, meeting the requirements for complex protective equipment against risks that can cause serious or irreversible harm. The certified protection against molten metal splash makes it particularly suited to tasks involving sparks or melt contact.
With nine pockets, including a rule pocket, a patch pocket on the seat and height-adjustable knee pad pockets, the overall offers generous storage and adapts to different body shapes. Radio loops make it easy to keep communication equipment close at hand on site.
