The Bizflame Work winter coverall is built for anyone who needs dependable flame protection even in cold, wet conditions, making it a natural fit for offshore work where weather and hazard exposure both run high. It shares its base fabric with our FR50 coverall but adds an extra insulation layer and a flame-resistant cotton lining, giving noticeably more warmth and comfort without compromising on protection.
Construction-wise, the coverall features triple stitched seams for extended durability, along with a concealed two-way brass zip and two angled chest pockets with their own concealed brass zips. Hook-and-loop cuff tabs keep sleeves secure, while the elasticated back yoke allows freedom of movement when working in tight or awkward positions. Ten pockets, including height-adjustable knee pad pockets, a rule pocket and a sleeve pocket, keep tools within easy reach, and a radio loop keeps a microphone clipped in place and ready to use.
The coverall protects against radiant and contact heat and meets all relevant EN standards, and it is also suitable for use in ATEX environments and certified to CE Category III. The fabric carries a UPF 40+ rating, blocking 98% of UV rays, while a sewn-on flame-resistant premium reflective tape and hi-vis strips on the arms and shoulders add extra visibility. All of this makes the Bizflame Work winter coverall a solid choice for offshore crews and anyone working outdoors in cold conditions who needs flame, heat and UV protection built into one garment.
