The ABEK1P3 combination filter is built for situations where respiratory protection needs to cover both gases and airborne particulates at once. It suits anyone working with solvents, chemicals or contaminated air who needs a dependable, compatible filter system. Supplied as a pack of 4, it's a practical choice for regular filter changes or for equipping several masks at once.
The dedicated Portwest bayonet system creates a secure, stable connection between mask and filter, so it won't come loose during use. The filter is also light and comfortable, which makes a real difference over longer wear as it doesn't add unnecessary bulk to the mask. It's compatible with the P420, P430, P421 and P431 half masks as well as the P500 full face mask, so anyone already using these models can simply fit a replacement.
As an A1B1E1K1P3 combination filter, it covers a wide range of hazards: it protects against organic and inorganic acid gases and vapours, sulphur dioxide, and ammonia and its derivatives. Being rated class 1 for gases and class 3 for particulates means it also holds back toxic particles and microorganisms alongside gaseous contaminants, which matters in settings such as solvent handling, chemical processing, or cleaning and disinfection work. CE certification to category III and the UKCA mark confirm it has been tested for professional use.
