The PW3 Winter Overall is built for anyone working outdoors in extreme cold and harsh weather, from construction sites to winter maintenance and outdoor logistics. It combines weather protection with practical details such as the detachable, padded hood and extra-long side leg zips that make getting in and out of the overall easy, even with safety boots on.
The durable 300D Oxford fabric is PU-coated and finished with PFAS-free Texpel Splash Eco technology, so water beads off the surface instead of soaking in. Taped seams keep water from getting through at the stitch lines. Heavy winter padding provides warmth even in very low temperatures, while underarm zips add ventilation for when the work itself heats things up. Double stitching gives the overall the toughness needed for daily wear in demanding outdoor conditions.
The overall is EN342 certified for cold protection down to -36°C, making it suitable for genuinely cold environments such as cold stores, winter construction work or outdoor tasks in deep winter. The fabric also carries a UPF 40+ rating, blocking 98% of UV radiation, which matters when working in bright, snowy conditions. CE certification and UKCA marking confirm compliance for both the European and UK markets.
With eight functional pockets, including open-top knee pad pockets, a detachable ID card pocket and a radio mic loop, the overall is designed around the realities of outdoor work. The finishing access point also makes it suitable for corporate branding, allowing companies to add their own logo.
