The PROBAN® welding protection jacket KS64JA03 from Mauser is built for anyone who needs dependable protection against heat and flame during welding or cutting work. With a size range spanning 44 to 118 across 22 increments, it fits a wide variety of body types, making it a practical choice for outfitting entire teams.
The jacket is made from heavyweight 470 g/m² cotton with PROBAN® finishing. The fabric feels sturdy and substantial, hangs steadily on the body thanks to its weight, and holds its shape well even under sparks and mechanical stress. The concealed button placket, along with the covered buttons on the side pockets and chest pocket flap, keeps sparks or weld spatter from catching on exposed fastenings. The adjustable snap-button cuffs can be fitted over gloves or base layers, while the inner chest pocket offers secure storage for small items or documents.
The jacket is certified to EN ISO 11612, the standard for protective clothing against heat and flame. It is designed for situations where sparks, brief flame contact, or radiant heat are real risks on the job, such as welding, cutting, or working near open flames.
