The SECJA81P welding protection jacket from the Mauser product line is built for anyone working in welding or metal fabrication who needs dependable protective wear. Its well-thought-out pocket layout, two side pockets, two chest pockets and two internal chest pockets, all secured with flaps and concealed press studs, provides plenty of storage for tools and personal items without loose flaps or buttons that could catch sparks.
Made from 100% cotton with a SECAN finish and a solid weight of 530 g/m², the jacket feels substantial and stable on the body while still offering the breathable comfort natural fibre is known for in hot working conditions. The stand-up collar closes easily with Velcro, and the cuffs can be adjusted with press studs, so the jacket keeps a good fit even as conditions change throughout the shift.
Certification to EN ISO 11612 confirms protection against heat and flame of the kind needed around welding work: flying sparks, brief contact with flame and radiant heat are all covered by this jacket. Reflective strips running around the shoulders, torso and upper arms also improve visibility on site or in the workshop, even in poor light.
The SECJA81P suits welders, metalworkers and fitters, and anyone else in metal and steel construction who regularly works with sparks and heat. It comes in orange/blue as well as an all-blue version, and its 23 sizes, from 42 up to special sizes, cover nearly every build.
